| We are looking to recruit an experienced CDM-C / CDM Coordinator preferably RMaPS (will consider MaPS) for a large and extremely successful property and construction consultancy client. The position will ideally be based out of the midlands however the client will consider any location for the right level candidate. The successful applicant must have at least 2-3 years recent dedicated CDM experience in a standalone CDM role and hold a NEBOSH construction certificate and preferably be registered member of the Association for Project Safety RMaPS or member status MaPS. You will work on a wide and varied portfolio of projects so previous experience managing several CDM projects at one time would be extremely useful as the mix of projects will encompass refurb and new build projects. This is a really varied role and you will carry out site safety visits, attend client visits, issue F10’s and much more. The role offers a salary up to £30,000 with a company car or allowance (as there is extensive travel with the role) and full benefits package including pension and life insurance. It is essential you have good communication skills and are well presented as this is an extremely client facing role. |
