You will be required to provide audits against the projects processes and procedures (technical delivery, assembly and shared services), complete the audit report and provide summary, attend quality meetings (discuss issues and necessary improvements from audits, agree any changes/additions to the audit programme – based on issues, take part in general discussions on how to improve/integrate the Alliance Business System / Quality system), produce Programme Area Reporting Quality Report (provide a mini report for the Programme Area, to be turned into a general Alliance Quality Report by others) and address issues from the audits (investigate any non conformances or amber/red scores, ensure immediate issue are resolved, take on any improvements necessary to mitigate any continuous issues as highlighted in the Programme Area and Quality Report). The client is willing to consider candidates with basic quality qualifications / training or membership who can demonstrate extensive commercial experience in a similar quality role, otherwise some form of quality qualification or membership is required without the relevant industry experience. Experience maintaining and auditing against ISO accredited or bespoke management systems would be highly beneficial (ISO 9001 ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001). Knowledge and commercial experience of immunisation and infection control, absence management and planned rehabilitation is also important. The successful candidate will be an RGN (registered general nurse) with a current PIN number and hold some form of specialist Occupational Health qualification with proven commercial experience in a similar role providing OH delivery, health surveillance and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. The role will be based in Kent and pays a salary up to £40K with car or allowance and benefits.
