We are looking for: Trainee Recruitment Consultant Commmission + Extensive training £16 - £18k - £25k+ OTE (1st Yr) Convert Recruitment is a market leader in the recruitment of Health & Safety professionals to clients throughout the UK and we currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for 2011. If you are a Graduate with 1st class Honours and experience within an outbound sales or recruitment environment and live within easy daily commute of our office in Bushey (car owner); then read on. Health & Safety is a unique market sector and Convert work with a large and ever increasing number of clients; therefore the ability to consistently generate new client relationships is vital to your success. The role of a recruitment consultant is varied and demanding and involves securing business from clients by using telephone sales, business development and marketing techniques. At Convert our priority is to learn how our clients’ operate and the general culture of their workplace which we are recruiting for. What the role includes; • Using telephone sales, business development and marketing techniques in order to attract business from client companies. • Building ongoing and professional relationships with a wide variety of clients. • Developing a working knowledge of industry sector and the client business sector. • Secure formalised agreement to recruit on behalf of clients • Prepare well written advertising copy vacancies appropriately and placing adverts using a wide range of medium. • Searching Convert’s own, and various online databases for candidates • Telephone interviewing all potential candidates. • Preparing CV’s to forward to clients. • Checking H&S qualifications and suitability of applicants before referral to employers for interview. • Arranging interviews. • Pre & Post interview candidate management • Offering advice to both clients and candidates on market conditions • Use of extensive business acumen and commercial awareness • Working to individual and team sales targets Convert offers a comprehensive training and induction program and provides the opportunity to work with an energetic team of highly experienced recruiters.
