We have been engaged by a successful, well known corporate soft / FM services company, with a large London client portfolio. They are actively looking to recruit a Health & Safety Manager to ensure the safety and well-being of staff and occupants in the buildings.

The organisation employs over 2,000 multi-cultural staff and are looking for a Safety Leader  with the charisma and gravitas to engage with and support in the development of a positive safety culture through the identification of the behavioural factors contributing to risk and offer practical solutions.

All the systems are in place in the business, so this role is all about your effective communication and leadership skills. Your working week will be a mixture of office-based duties and site / customer visits.

The client is looking for:

  • Nebosh Diploma or Equivalent
  • Grad IOSH or CMIOSH
  • Corporate services sector experience and or Rope Access IRATA
  • Behavioural change
  • Working at Heights 
  • Strategic planning & implementation
  • Training needs development
  • Soft or Hard FM Services background

The role will be mainly office based from the client’s London Office but will also involve travelling to project / customer sites to support the operational teams within London area. 

Package on offer; -

  • £40,000 - £50,000 depending on level of experience

  • Holiday allowance- 25 days + Bank Holidays
