Logistics Health and Safety Manager           £50k - £60k + car and excellent benefits

Our client continues to profile as a positive and developing brand during these challenging times. 

They are recruiting for a proactive NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent -  Level 6 Health and Safety Manager with positive energy and a progressive approach.

This exceptional role will be based at an established highly automated warehouse and distribution site in the Wiltshire area (close to main motorways and transport links).  

Reporting to the HSE Director this opportunity is for an individual who holds real passion to drive through continuous safety improvements. 

Your experience and previous achievements will reflect success in engagement with the work force and operational management, strong root cause analytical skills and effectiveness in driving behavioural change strategy. 

The client is looking for:

  • Extensive H&S Management experience within a fast-paced automated warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment ESSENTIAL 
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Essential  
  • Membership of IOSH 
  • Change management experience
  • Ability to adapt to business priorities and commercial aptitude
  • Collaborative management style
  • Experience of working successfully with stakeholders at all levels

The site operates a 24/ 7 shift pattern, but the role will work 9 – 5 pm Monday to Friday.

  • Base salary £50k - £60k
