Broaden your horizons as a Health Safety and Environmental Advisor within a world leading renewable energy organisation.  If you are commutable to East Kent and looking to be involved in the full spectrum of health and safety within a business, can bring fresh ideas and are not afraid to challenge - this could be the role for you.

This is a hugely diverse role and would suit an HSE Advisor who is looking for a unique safety role and is confident and capable with exposure to high risk environments.

You will need to be passionate about safety and keen to learn and you will find yourself within a small and dedicated team reporting directly to the Senior HSE Specialist.  The role involves both onshore and offshore and your remit will be to deliver professional HSE support and coaching delivering improvements in both performance and compliance.

You must have:

  • 2-5 years Health and Safety Experience with an in depth understanding of HSE regulations
  • Strong communication skills at all levels and the ability to coach and influence
  • Solutions orientated approach, ability to adapt quickly within a fast-paced and high-risk environment
  • Ability to identify risk quickly and efficiently
  • Expertise across auditing and inspections
  • Competence across reporting delivering actions and conclusions
  • Previous exposure to high risk environments

Minimum Requirements are :

  • Level 6 Qualification – Nebosh Diploma or equivalent
  • IOSH Membership, with demonstrable ongoing CPD
  • Ideally GWO Certifications, working at height, manual handling, confined space, sea survival, fire awareness etc.
  • Ideally knowledge of CDM regulations
