New Permanent Role **

We currently have an exciting opportunity with our client who work in the Telecommunications industry. They are looking for an experienced Quality Manager (Regional) to join their team to drive forward the quality of the installed fibre networks.

The role will be to provide an independent source of quality assurance. Proactively seeking improvements across all works, including civil engineering, reinstatements, and cabling. You will be responsible for a team of field-based quality inspectors (civils, reinstatement cable) who ensure all build standards are identified, quality inspections and test regimes are appropriate and constant review and improvement.

Candidate must demonstrate

  • Knowledge of Telecoms industry
  • Hold current NRSWA Supervisor card
  • Experience of Street works
  • Team management experience
  • IRCA approved auditor of 9001
  • Full UK Driving licence

With regular client liaison monitoring the quality standards and problem resolution you will be expected to produce high quality reporting on works done with trend analysis, as well a training and coaching as identified. The role will be based in the clients Essex offices with extensive travel to projects across the Herts, Beds, Bucks and Essex region but travel will include projects in the Midlands
