Are you a Senior Health and Safety Consultant who has the desire to motivate, inspire and support?

Due to growth and expansion my forward-thinking consultancy client are looking for an inspirational and solutions orientated Senior Health and Safety Consultant who wants to raise the bar across Health and Safety and bring about positive change.

The requirement is for an self-motivated, experienced and passionate Health and Safety Consultant to join one of their leading divisions within the Built Environment sector to support the client base in and around London with a head office base in South London.

The role:

• Manage multiple client accounts, reviewing Health and Safety performance and develop strategies to improve Health and Safety and culture.
• Understand client’s H&S challenges and provide support by coaching and providing practical advice and solutions
• Conduct a wide range of in-house developed Training 
• Undertake Risk Assessments including Type 1 Fire Risk assessments
• Engage, develop and maintain relationships 
• Guide, support and develop the next generation of professionals within the team

Qualifications:

• NEBOSH Diploma and/or NCRQ Diploma
• Ideally CMIOSH Membership or have the qualifications and experience to attain this
• Driving licence

Skills:

• Relevant experience in a similar consultancy role 
• Extensive knowledge of H&S legislation and its pragmatic application
• Strong influencing, communication and negotiation skills
• A desire to inspire and motivate others
